Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I work with some great people and that makes me happy to be here. I want to see the company grow into THE market leader, but I think the biggest issue internally is lack of communication/training/accountability, people don't feel appropriately compensated for the work they do, and frequent changes.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like the ambition and having clear goals.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

You don't truly feel valued as an employee. Actions speak louder than words.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Regardless of the obstacle, my team always figures out a way to solve problems.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because I do the job of several people but I'm not compensated to reflect it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I'm glad that some co-workers are trying to improve culture and the environment through the culture committees/planned events, but it should not be solely their responsibility.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I think we need to have more time for general interaction & training. We have to have standards and procedures and hold individuals accountable (all employees) if they are not following SOPs; creating headache and inefficiencies for other coworkers, and ultimately our clients.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Co-workers needs to be trained properly and actually held accountable to follow SOPs/procedures. Too often are a handful of people are being relied on to carry departments, and fixing the constant mistakes of others. Even with corrections, the mistakes continue, nothing is learned or changed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Certain individuals in the company really are the glue that keep it together. I appreciate the culture team trying to make things better for employees, but also feel that there needs to be a more proactive role from leadership and HR to improve culture for employees.

What makes you most happy at work?

Accomplishing tasks and hitting our goals, happy clients, relaxed office atmosphere while maintaining professionalism at the core. I like that my managers are flexible and understanding as long as you are a solid worker. When I see the the entire process working as intended for the Protection Vert.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued doing the work of several individuals/roles but my compensation and job title is never reflective of the quality of work I produce, the standards I maintain, and my my actual job role. I would like to be compensated fairly and at least move with inflation/cost of living.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like better compensation for the roles and responsibilities I have. I would like my title in the company to reflect what I actually do here, and what I contribute to. Often there's confusion, and efficiency lost when roles are not clearly defined and adhered to, in a day-to-day sense.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Those who are committed and stick to their SOP's, roles, and strive do good are making it work. I like that we are attempting to promote a better sense of togetherness and a better culture by the Culture Committee. I would like to see more invested into the entry-level to management level worker.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Staff are burnt out from being overworked, not properly trained/coached, and having to put up with constant changes - all with no fair reflection in compensation across the board. It doesn't feel like a team - a few people do a lot to keep the wheels turning while some others don't care at all.
