Smart people who are willing to help each other out. Everyone is empathetic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is significantly behind the market for my experience/skills. The company seems to drag its feel when it comes to real raises/promotions/etc. There's also no clear advancement path.
