Netscout is truly a breathe of fresh air, when it comes to management and organization. I am very early on in my career and being able to work on building out projects and programs is very exciting.

Very quiet, not over populated, food available in building, everyone is sweet

Everyone doesn't lean on each other, everyone knows how to do their job effectively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Christy never micro manages me, she always ask me how I'm feeling mentally. She truly is the best manager I've ever had
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Netscout isn't a diverse company however, I like that they're trying to change that. I'm excited to see where the company is in 5 years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is the best! I am never micro managed and I love our one on ones, this is a team I can see myself growing up.
