The most positive part of NETSCOUT's culture and environment is the people. They live the culture, environment, and values. I also appreciate the work life balance.

What makes me the most happy is that I am challenged, have a manager who is supportive, and my team is an absolute joy to work with.

Work/Life balance. I am able to come in, put 100% into the day, and leave without bringing the stress or challenges of work home. Its both important and respected.
