What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nearly everyone works towards the common good of the company. Even when people disagree about a subject, people come together, in a respectful manner, to reach a decision we all can get behind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
NETSCOUT means it when they say that employees are the greatest asset to the company. While other companies often pay lip service to the concept of "employees first", NETSCOUT takes actions that demonstrate they believe it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The 'employees first' and 'Lean but not Mean' philosophies are not just slogans. They've literally put the "money where their mouth is" by granting upfront bonuses and RSUs with the promise that we'll execute the company plan. This creates a positive feedback loop.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company's "Lean But Not Mean" philosophy is at the core of NETSCOUT's "people first" approach to talent. Employees share in the success of the company when times are good (bonus, RSUs, etc.), but are also sheltered from some of the worst aspects when times are down e.g., COVID time frame.
