The jouney has been wonderful from the very 1st day, and overall Netscout as a company has been very appreciative about talents and is working constantly towards extending the care to employess. Health benifits and stock options are very promising as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
A new challenge everyday and better way of improving what was already done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is very innovative and most of the collegues and managers are very helpful and accomodative in nature. They also have extremely good understanding about product requirements and design details and equally pasitionate about the product quality and on time delivery.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is constantly working very hard to ensure best quality release within time, superior customer experience, best in class UX and performance and QA works in best interest of customer satisfaction always, extends much beyond the regular timings to do the work deliverables excellently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In specific I believe the market compensation is better in terms of absolute payout which should be extended here considering the people who initially were hired as freshers and later grown over 15+ years inside Netscout. Work is very innovative and attractive but the compensation should be raised
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team is constantly innovating new and improved process for talent retention and seem to be very serious about this. Recent improvements to the talent hire and retention benefits will go a long way in securing the global positioning of the company as being on the best in the industry.
