The best NetScout culture to me is each employee is approachable and available to drive decisions quickly.
What makes you most happy at work?
The technology and products are very interesting and look forward to engaging as such to help produce NetScout products.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is compassionate towards the employees but yet expects quality results. The way they dealt with COVID was so impressive and realistic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and listen to each other's input when discussing aspects of a project. We all try to help each other when is needed to complete the tasks on time.
