Frustrating with very old school thinking, political and with poor exec team. Nice people but could do so much more with empowered exec talent with better business acumen. Tired of kissing up to the CEO and his brother to gain loyalty points instead of focusing on solid modern business needs.

Facing the fact there are significant problems with morale, risk taking being punished and embrace more modern approach to business operations

Where to start? Modernize the workforce and tools. Get NETSCOUT out of the stone age. Trust executives more to get their job done and make them accountable.
