I came from a position that was underpaid and overworked to a position that I was appropriately paid and reminded to take PTO by my manager. Quite the culture shift from one Nasdaq 200 company to the other.

Very good company to work for and they seem to care about you.
What makes you most happy at work?
Figuring out the puzzles that make up my clients organization.

WFH, pay, people, clients, respected, VP's care about us as people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are straight forward with the status of the company, sales, culture and give you the opportunity to succeed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being a remote employee I can not really answer this I'm kinda on an island by myself with my client.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is quite extensive two years into my employment even more than nearly 10 years at a previous NASDAQ 200 company
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willing to help and willing to instruct if you don't understand something. Never makes you feel dumb if it's something easy that you didn't know/understand.

Everyone here is very receptive to helping each other. There are few if any people who push you off to someone else if they can help in an area.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I just got my first 5 figure bonus in my life along with Stock that didnt have to be there but was a nice way to make me want to work harder for the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its nice to have a CEO that is an engineer first. Also cares about us as people. I have, as a lowly grunt, talked to our CFO several times and he is welcome and receptive to suggestions or new ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With the tech "downturn" this last year it was nice to see a company open and honest with us about what they think the next 18 months are going to be like. And they planned for it without firing a bunch of people and instead made other sacrafices like holding raises to flatten our curve.
