Lot of challenges everyday, that is fun. The worst part of the experience in this company is the lack of a career path. I cannot see how I could be promoted, what could be my new position, etc.?

On the personal relationship, good atmosphere, you feel somehow part of a family. However, I miss professional development, career path and recognition. Poor salary evolution and many disparities in salary given individual contributions. Uncertain future vision for products and even the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to help, technical background, warm atmosphere.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things. Understanding how complex Telecom networks work.

Leaders are close people with willingness to listen to employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary. I see big gaps in salaries with people with similar responsibilities.

I feel we are somehow a kind of family. Culture and environment is good.

I think the treat with top executives is quite friendly, they are open to discussions.

I like they have technical background and understanding. I have worked for some other companies where the executive team only had knowledge about economics but completely ignoring all the rest.

There is no clear vision or roadmap; everything is reduced to a very short-term perspective. The product managers do not contribute any strategic vision—ultimately, everything comes down to a discussion with the CEO and engineering. Product sizing is also ve

I feel there are many disconnects between different departments. In my position, I often have to talk about the same issue repeatedly, explaining the same topics over and over again. This situation is driving me crazy and drains a lot of my energy.
