NETSCOUT is a great company with great people. Lean but not mean is truly practiced. However, we seem to over-correct on some items. We regularly announce things at SKO and Engage that never come to fruition.

We always turn to "doing the right thing"

Collaboration and seeing each other once a qtr

Commission Accelerators, that's what's best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lean but not mean/ end
What makes you most happy at work?
Commission checks, and when I feel the company has a direction vs announcing something at SKO or Engage and it never comes to fruition.
