I like the products and recognition market have on Netscout. I don't like the pace of innovation on products and business model and executive team strategy definiton and communication. I fell field never know our goals, how and where to play more effiently.

Co-workers are always willing to help and collaborate with each other, share knowledge and negotiate when there is any potential conflict of interest on accounts
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sincerely I don't have our culture clearly in mind but I like the way people in general interact and work together at Netscout, usually on customer shoes. I really appreciate this.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
1st: Define a clear strategy with our goals, where to play and how we go to market. Reduce confusion between Netscout product focus and segments we play. 2nd: Define Netscout competitive advantage. What we do better than others ? 3rd: Communicate strategy to field 4th: Recognition and carreer plan
