Pay has always been on the lower side here but the medical benefits were always good. It really depends what deoartment and who you work for - can have completely different perspectives. I have been here a long time. I have my reasons for staying even though it is not easy at all to do so.

What makes you most happy at work?
Permorming my work duties each day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stupid wuestion, my coworkers are just fine! One comes to work to work. Not look to interact with coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Won't happen. Changes in 2024 made it much harder if you had a family and/or live significantly far away. Still in place two years later.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Caanot really say if there is a culture here. Does not appear to be. Environment, that is probably going to differ among various departments and locales.
