We are like family. Most everyone is in it together some are not. Just like in a family. Work family is very important.

emphasis on providing healthcare services is above all else. Making services convenient and located near where people live and work - makes for a good balance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the benefits, specifically the health benefits are lacking. We work for the best and biggest healthcare yet our benefits to get that care are either too expensive or unavailable.
