I started at Northside Atlanta with limited English and not sure of myself. But, my wonderful managers and coworkers helped me grow and improve my carrier. I love my Northside family very proud of myself and my Hospital.

We truly are the TEAM we care for each other and help each other

We don't pick favorites we are all ages and funny and caring and compassionate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
WELL I AM NOT SURE BCS. I JUST GOT MARKET VALUE PAY LAST YEAR IN April...Pay increase yearly its small compared to inflation and cost of life.
What makes you most happy at work?
First to do my job and help people in need. Then just to be at work and work hard makes me feel I accomplished something great and earned my money.
