A current evaluation of salaries at other facilities that shows we're being compensated fairly, and if not, a market adjustment in salaries to show Northside's commitment to current employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication! I do not have confidence in knowing what's going on in my area or what the future holds for my area. It appears that decisions are made without involving employees input in any way.
