This is my second time as an employee at Northside prior to that it was Gwinnett Medical Center what I like about it this time is the orientation that was done first day online. It was smooth seamless and it didn't take all day long to do it. I like the fact that Northside breaks up the orientations

The workers in my department seem very close almost like family

They all seem very friendly i just have to get to know them better
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that the compensation package is adequate but would love to see signon bonuses for technical skilled employees
What makes you most happy at work?
I want to make a better quality of like for my family and i feel like I am obtaining that
