I have been an enployee at Northside for many years. I have seen alot of changes that have been good for the company. I have seen Northside grow over years with the purchases of Northside Forsyth, Cherokee and Gwinnett. When l first started with this company it was only Northside Atlanta.

The culture and environment at Northside is good.

I currently don't have benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
I happy when the task that l have to do is accurate and complete.

The best things about my team is that we all want to complete our work in a timely manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team listens to ideas that can make the workflow better. My leader values my work ethics. I am comfortable with talking to my leader, whether is business or personal.
