Culture used to be the best, but since going private and many executive changes, the good days of valuing employees and being a fun and rewarding place to work are long gone. It's very sad to see.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Go back to days of valuing employees and positivity for everyone and not just for those who fit into your DEI agenda. Think about the true meaning of the pet/parent relationship & not just on the money/bottom line. The company's hard working people will make it successful more than a high-paid LT
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am female, work harder and am more productive and provide value to the company at a much higher level than many male peers, yet my pay scale is lower and expectations are higher. Compensation was never an issue with me because I had loyalty to a company I thought was good, but sadly, no more.
