PetSmart needs to align its actions with its mission. PetSmart provides misinformation on animal husbandry and sells dangerous products. I am not proud to work there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay us more than a target cashier. We are responsible for animal lives.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I think getting into a job working with animals should be harder. It was incredibly easy, and no single question was asked about animal care knowledge.
