Management was terrible at the Rockbarn store in conover nc. Employees were known to be rude and sexually harass other coworkers with no repercussions. Store manager is known for sleeping with his employees for their position and pay grades
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A full clean up of all upper management would possibly correct the wrongs of the store.

Most of 3rd shift crew were lazy and arrogant. 1st and 2nd were okay when they weren’t complaining about what I was unable to finish as 1 person doing a 2 person job every nig
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay was undermining for the amount of work and security detail that all employees have to play a part of. Equipment never got fixed the first or third time causing more work to be done. 2 people crew on a 3rd shift crew and one with low mobility caused the female 20yr old to move truckers at 3am
