Working at RealPage has been a great experience, overall. I have learned and grown quite a bit in the last year and a half - the job can be incredibly fast paced and challenging but I have a great TL and Manager that supports me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Offering someone a job and hearing their excitement on the phone is an incredible part of recruiting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate leadership identifying our team's technical needs and meeting it through investing in tools that are necessary to do our jobs efficiently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The TA team has great communication - we share articles, tips, new iCIMS discoveries, and even assist one another if our workload allows such efforts. Much appreciated!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the recognition that our team gives to one another during our monthly TA meetings is incredible and creates a really friendly, and even grateful environment to work within.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This past year and a half I had to work with rather unprofessional treatment from team members that I hire for - there have been situations that my HRBP could have had a positive impact on that I would appreciate in the future.
