Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen: The Popeyes on vann Dr in Jackson TN is where I just got from I spent $30 on six wings and two fish sandwiches and fries. The fish sandwiches I ordered without any sauce and they were loaded down with sauce. The wings were severely over cooked like they been in a warmer box or something for days.

Barracuda Networks: Overall, my experience at the company has been positive. The supportive culture, opportunities for professional growth, and collaborative team environment have made it a fulfilling place to work. While there are areas for improvement, such as decision-making speed and compensation flexibility.
Barracuda Networks: Once upon a time, there was a truly great company where everyone felt comfortable and wanted to improve and become more successful together. But employees also had more advantages than at competing companies. Today, only those who are either too comfortable or too old to change jobs remain.
IBM: It has been a terrible onboarding experience. I just had my first one to one call with my manager - 4 months after starting. There is no support, little direct feedback, and no team feeling. It has been frustrating to say the least.

Smartsheet: Started great but has gotten progressively worse since the acquisition / USM. Institutional knowledge has been depleted.
Smartsheet: It's good overall, but the USM transition was a mess and they need to figure out better comp now that we are private and don't get stock grants
Smartsheet: too much fingerpointing at exec table. someone needs to step up and demand action and hold ppl/orgs accountable. stop dumping the problems on sellers to fix. build a product and process that allows your sellers to sell.
Smartsheet: Working fully remotely, the culture is vague and only somewhat passed on to employees. It feels chaotic when most interactions are urgent or regarding changes or issues that come up. The positivity seems to come from employees close to an office.
Smartsheet: Learning curve up front for sales is steep. Lots of institutional processes and learning needed. But once you get through that, there is big opportunity for success and advancement.
Barracuda Networks: Years ago it felt like a family where everybody had the same goal in mind and pulled in the same direction. We have become silo'ed and so process oriented that we manage ourself more than our products and customers. MEDPICC is one example.

Zenith American Solutions: I have worked for Zenith for five years. I am always learning something new. I feel like our team has accomplished some good things. I am happy working at Zenith and I hope I work here until I retire. It is nice when you like the people you work for and work with.
Smartsheet: Started out wonderful. Really believed in the company, the culture, the CEO. Turned into being about making as much money as possible, without concern for how it impacts the employees or the customers.
First Merchants: At first I was trying to figure out how I could make it work. I wanted to work and make money but never really thought much of the banking profession. Now I feel that I provide a helpful and valuable service and I have helped many clients with their financial lives.
Smartsheet: I loe Brandfolder and the people that make up our team. Overall I do not feel confident in my future here because we have no direction on where the product is going. It is honestly sad because with a small investment we could be back on top, but it seems like Smartsheet has forgotten us.

Smartsheet: I believe it's an excellent company. They should maintain the work-from-home policy, their culture and values, and the strong employee support. However, there are areas for improvement, such as offering personal days, travel opportunities. There should also be more opportunities for career growth
Barracuda Networks: I enjoy coming to work each day and being able to help out my fellow co workers and other members of my team. Any feedback I give is never left at the waist side and means I am integral in how our department develops.
Smartsheet: It's a company with so many great people and it's definitely an interesting product. Unfortunately it isn't as unified a company as people may be lead to believe. There is too much of product/engineering versus everyone else amplified with product changes.

First Merchants: I have mixed emotions. My direct manager MAKES working for this company easier. If it weren't for them, I would not enjoy it as much. I think it's ridiculous and unfair that we are gifted (AS A BENEFIT) 90+ hours of sick time but can only take 6 days in a 12-month rolling period.
First Merchants: The compensation I receive does not align with similar positions at other financial institutions.
