My team in particular are very open to helping one another and sharing best practices.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though I am an underpaid employee based on other similar roles in this company and even other companies. I have been an overachiever year over year with minimal increases to compensation.
