I loe Brandfolder and the people that make up our team. Overall I do not feel confident in my future here because we have no direction on where the product is going. It is honestly sad because with a small investment we could be back on top, but it seems like Smartsheet has forgotten us.

Better base pay thats comparable to the market, clearer and easier to understand pay structure, better system that Captivate IQ for inquiries, clearer structure for raises, additional perks

Listen to employees and their feedback, care about their well being, creating a product we can sell and innovate, have obtainable quotas, give people a reason to stay here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am on the Brandfolder team and very much enjoy working with my team. When we have to interact with the Smartsheet team it often feels like we are undervalued which can be frustrating and deflating. Some reps are amazing, but more often than not we are seen as less than.
