It's a company with so many great people and it's definitely an interesting product. Unfortunately it isn't as unified a company as people may be lead to believe. There is too much of product/engineering versus everyone else amplified with product changes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are supportive of each other for the most part, especially on your teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are friendly and collaborative. I don't feel like people are undermining others or competing against each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is good however given the overall workload and expectations of us it should be better. Especially given how overall costs for everything has gone up but pay hasn't gone up accordingly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being better at communication and making it clear that they have BOTH the customers best interests and employees best interest at the top of their mind. Need to also be better at unifying ALL teams. Product, engineering and field teams instead of product and engineering versus field
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Due to many changes and turnover in the recent months especially, processes seem to be fragmented. There also seems to be the desire to release things quickly, undermining existing processes in place leading to increased workload and frustration for other teams. Need leadership to step in to unify
