I believe that the company offers a benefits package that is compatible with what its competitors offer, without anything exceptional.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Much of the leadership is focused on the company's goals, on the new challenges of bringing positive experiences to our customers and visitors and this is motivating.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe there should be less competitiveness and more collaborative work, more welcoming to new employees, especially from people who have been in the department for a long time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At this moment I see a very positive movement of change in the Brazilian unit, bringing new policies of inclusion, well-being and new ideas for the business following the changes in the world. This motivates me.
