I believe it's an excellent company. They should maintain the work-from-home policy, their culture and values, and the strong employee support. However, there are areas for improvement, such as offering personal days, travel opportunities. There should also be more opportunities for career growth

Working from home, understanding my value within the company, and knowing that my team supports each other.

I believe we complement each other because everyone knows their responsibilities, and we support one another when needed or when there are new changes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most is that my team is valued within the company, and this is reflected in what we do every day. We also support each other as managers and feel that our tasks are meaningful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part is that my salary fairly reflects what I do on a daily basis, along with a bonus that is more than satisfactory. However, the annual salary increases could be improved slightly to better match the level of responsibility that some teams have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe the most important benefit the company offers is the ability to work from home. It's something that shouldn't change, as it keeps us more productive and helps employees feel more comfortable and happy with their work. This is the culture we have and we love it.
