I work with smart, passionate, and empathetic people. They are great at their job because of their ability to connect and communicate with other people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is that we are encouraged to be our most authentic selves and that we are encouraged to take care of ourselves to prevent burnout.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation seems fair with my company stock but once that runs out, my compensation would not be at market. I would feel better if my stock compensation was made up for with my salary.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be transparent and responsive to employee feedback. I feel like there was so much negative USM feedback that was not acknowledged until almost a year later. The damage was already done with employee trust and relationship.
