Overall I am happy to work on some new things, being involved with executive team to understand whats next. I wish the feedback were more to the point instead of broadspectrum kind of thing. We definitly need few improvents in some parts so as to improve overall imapct.

They are hard working and knowledgeable. Consistancy is where they excel at.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Frequent updates about the company, the new direction, defining goals and keeping people motivated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is supportive, open to ideas, empowering employees to bring out their best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the health insurance we have in terms of coverage. Only caveat is the team handling it for Barracuda in India is not very responsive.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am creating something which uses my skills and ensures increase in efficacy, instead of debugging old issues and infra for a KT or bug fix.
