Petco: Min raises if any (avg about 10-25¢ maybe 50¢, if lucky). Lower wages for all position when compared to other employers (esp during covid-19)! Company is nice enough to let you "borrow from your next year's PTO"--nice, but we prob need more mental days.. Owns 3 houses, be nice to afford one myself

Dunkin': The district manager of the store i am employed at never orders enough stock so we constantly have to tell the customers we dont have milk or not swirls or even certain cup sizes and tops. I have never worked for such a terrible boss who also hires people who dont show for their shift. Terrible

Each store creates a team to achieve directives from Corporate with the goal being sales. It is an incredible bond to work with people for shared success.
