horrible. Manager edited my hours out so instead of the 2:00pm-1:00am I ACTUALLY worked, they would change it to the 2-10pm they scheduled me for. Favoritism galore. Family friends new to the job would be paid more than me and I was there for a year. AVOID!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything. The pay needs to be higher, management better, better benefits, less greedy higher ups
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not leaving those who want an interview waiting while you type away in your office. negotiating pay would be nice
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not being crooks. Micromanaging as soon as they start losing sales. Being able to talk to people as if they're under their boot.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop being lazy. This job attracts people willing to to push their work off onto anyone as long as they make a buck. Pull your weight!!
