What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more organized. My store has not had a store manager for 6 months. Sales reps are completing store manager duties and aren’t getting compensated for it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are so negative. I’ve worked at 3 different stores and I’ve never met a group of people like them. I’m a very optimistic person and their negativity kills my vibe.
