Sprint pays new hires from outside hire wages than employees who have worked their way up. Internal promotions are few and when you receive one (I've gotten two in the last 3 years) you do not get a fair salary adjustment for the promotion.

It's monotonous, and seems like I spend more time explaining why something did or did not get done to the CEO. The CEO does not realize the impact his irrelevant questions have on the downstream employees.
