I did not have the best experience working at sprint. I had issues with the clock-in app. I tried it on my phone and on work computers. The app didn't always work and the manager did not care enough to help me. I signed up 5 new customers on the premium plan and did not receive credit.

Designing a commission structure that doesnt penalize employees for "bad" surveys that are explicitly directed at sprint the company, and are clearly not related in any fashion whatsoever to the ability of the retail consultant to assist the customer. Corporate company nickel and diming employees!

The way they treat there employees. My manager has no respect AMD nobody want to deal with it. There so many issues in the retail store and makes this job just the worse.

Hire contractors, fire them a year later, rehire more contractors a few weeks later. Upper mgmt is not the problem, there are many middle level managers (20+ yrs w/ Sprint) that need to be shown the door. Lots of dishonesty from mgmt. Wont keep promises.
