Personally my experience has been positive as i have had autonomy in my roles and i have been able to move things in positive direction and i am quite self-driven. I can however see someone with different skill-set can be challenged in this environment especially with globally challenged IT and WFP

Its a right balance of base pay and bonus structure. It pushes me far enough to chase the goals not just for job satisfaction and growth reasons but also for monetary reasons.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how Gurpal the Global COO is always present and responds. I can always reach him which is quite refreshing and a positive change from past leadership. Our Global CEO is a perfect example of "lead by example" and one of the most humble CEO's i have come across and its a quality i admire.
