Since I joined in 2020, there have been drastic changes to both the work environment and the team I work with, global and local, and therefore my experience working here has varied. Where I stand today, I am a promoter of this company and can say I expect to accomplish a lot more in the near future.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am very grateful for my overall compensation package. Would like to have a more competitive Yearly Bonus structure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People-focused and open communication. We have not left the human aspect of this business behind while we strive for our Financial objectives - very few companies can achieve that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Local team is really buying into the culture we are trying to establish and most of team have a solid commitment to their jobs and their teams. I value commitment, integrity and ownership the most, and the team has that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have had direct contact with Bharat and Gurpal in Honduras which is why we established a strong partnership as well learn from their vision for us to execute. It would be great to learn more from other members for the Executive team too.
What makes you most happy at work?
Recently, I have seen many of the Program under my responsibility get recognized for either performance or engagement. There's no better sentiment than to know you have helped other be successful and, in this industry, that should be the definition of personal success for Leaders.
