Overall, it has been a great experience. Despite of the current situation where the country is overstaffed with BPOs. Startek still differentiates from all of them and that is thanks to the company culture

Despite a generally good experience and past successes, the lack of new campaigns allocated to our site compared to competitors is worrying. It's worth noting that there are intentions to bring in new clients, despite the acknowledged saturation of the BPO market.

Overall strategy to reinforce engagement is on the right track. They seem really invested in building a strong culture within the organization.

It's all good, although I think we should adjust our current needs to a potential hybrid model which could difference us from the current competition

The team is engaged and have a good communication and understanding of what is expected from them which is great as it makes communication easier to handle.

Challenging situations are seen as opportunities to leverage strong teamwork. I maintain positive and professional relationships with my direct reports, ensuring I also understand and consider their individual perspectives.

Progress in building a strong company culture is evident, and the environment is generally positive. While recognizing that some business changes may be perceived negatively, the commitment to transparency is appreciated.

There is a desire to improve overall benefits to better match other BPOs. Although current BPO market conditions in are understood to be a limiting factor. So I'd urge to prioritize identifying creative solutions for benefit improvements.

There is a lot of inclusion within the company and diversity, and that is being promoted thru culture. The only thing that I would suggest would be to revise what we can do towards a healthy work culture (exercise, etc.)

I feel the Leadership team is generally working towards the same goal. I understand that even though we have different clients and metrics, generally speaking from a Leadership stand of point most if not all, are working towards the same goal.

Wireless plan is a good perk since we are entitled for a $50 rate, however recently we were required to sign off an addendum due to Honduran law when we work Holiday hours we are not paid double which in the past years it was not the case; so I think that should be revised.
