I have only been with the company for a short period of time, but the enthusiasm of the people and the clamor to improve processes and service deliver and quality is really something to be proud of.

Their being very open to growth and change. Very welcoming and treating everyone equally.

It's knowing that I am able to share my work experience and having colleagues and peers who are willing to listen to your questions and suggestions.

I never felt like I was new to the team. I simply felt at home when I met the team and everyone is very open to learning and teaching others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The performance bonus because being a part of the support team, you do not normally get incentives for the work you put out in helping operations achieve their goals. In Startek, they try to ensure that everyone will feel valued and the monetary incentive is just a part of that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's trying to keep up with the changes in the industry. We adapated the WAH setup when applicable, we try to make things comfortable to our employees who work on site by ensuring that we have transportation also available for them. There are also a lot of innovative changes being done and planned.
