We have the best leadership team in the industry. I can honestly say that each member is motivated and invested in doing whatever they can to contribute to the larger goal of the organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are adequately compensated, and have best in class package that covers not only ourselves but our immediate family as well. Aside from this, Startek provides every resource possible to make the employee experience seamless for both WFH and onsite workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our E Team from Geo to Global are aligned in meeting and achieving our long term goals as a company. The actions are aligned and we are supported across the board in getting what we need to move forward with our plans and achieve our goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am able to create positive impact on people's lives by simply doing my best in my own role, this is a win win situation as I am able to be productive and achieve my own goals, but in the process, help others achieve theirs as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is one of the best, very welcoming and nurturing. We all agree that we cannot all be experts, hence we pitch in on fields we have expertise in and contribute that way, and also lend a helping hand to anyone that may need it, freely and purposefully.
