Overall experience is Good. Other than the salary not being the same as my fellow Industry mates, I would retire in this company

They take employee complaint seriously. they continuously improve and look out for the employee needs.

the work itself, my customers and colleagues. My Team as well as the learning opportunities that come about each day.

Working well together and collaborating ideas. One the team spirit in all that we do. Great communication and great relationship building even outside of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our salary packages are far less in comparison to theirs in the same industry. The company needs to look at paying employees fairly, workload verses salary needs to be reconsidered.

What makes me most happy at work is being able to assist and support my team and my customers. It's incredibly fulfilling to be able to provide helpful and relevant information, answer questions, and engage in meaningful conversations.
