I do enjoy the company. I do recommend it to people if looking for a work from home job. I do fear for my job as it could be sent overseas at any moment. This could also be a reflection of just my experience with other similar companies. Reassurance that US jobs are here to stay would be great!

They seem invested in their employees with what is in their control.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home is a big plus. I do enjoy hearing about events the company is doing and contributing when I can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is on the lowest end. cost of everything is going up. Competitive pay. Have to work harder due to tools not able to provide information needed to find candidates quicker.
What makes you most happy at work?
when i have a successful day and can meet goals I set for myself. Positive interactions with co-workers are a great time and helps with mental health, the day fly by, boost motivation, and productivity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the best thing are the days where everyone is in good spirits and we can have some fun chatter in teams. I feel like these brief interactions help with mental health while doing our day to day work.
