This is my first ever company. I am a person who values all of the things in my life. I told myself that I would love to see this company's success and I want to be part of it. Right now, I felt like I am part and belong their success that adds up to my pride. This will never be forgotten, my first.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy when I saw that my Team are happy. I am happy when I interact with the employees, sharing how was their day and chit-chatting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they manage the people, how they take care of their employees and they make sure that everyone will surely achieve success by empowering and enhancing their skills without dragging them down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand that we need to minimize the cost of the company, but there were times that we do overtimes, but it was not paid. And I felt like they were just letting the tenured and skilled employees go without doing anything to make them stay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The reason why I can't let go of this company is because of the colleagues I have here. Though life or work here are difficult, when you are with them you wouldn't feel the heaviness of the workloads. I'm not sure if I can still find new colleagues like them if I join another company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about my company is how friendly the people are. They can make you feel like your work is your second home. I, sometimes, feel at peace when I am at work due to my colleagues. I also got a lot of feedback that the environment here in Startek was good and friendly.
