Working here for almost 6 years, barring the first year, post all the old managers left the organization, I mean from mid 2018 it really became the best place to work. People you hire makes a difference in environment, I am glad that my company removed those old insensitive people..

It is still nice working with STARTEK, I am happy to be a part of It, But I strongly feel you guys should look into the compensation part of old employees, an employee being in organization for 7-8 years should be valued & compensated properly so that they can stay back with Startek.

Working with startek is quite good but recently i felt stuck in same salary & same designation for long which is very dissatisfying.

There is no increament this year. neither any promotions happening; stucking in same salary for last 2 years is a complete turn off & feels under valued.
