
It is still nice working with STARTEK, I am happy to be a part of It, But I strongly feel you guys should look into the compensation part of old employees, an employee being in organization for 7-8 years should be valued & compensated properly so that they can stay back with Startek.
Working with startek is quite good but recently i felt stuck in same salary & same designation for long which is very dissatisfying.

they are supportive, cooperative, complete task within timeline
i guess Diversity is the best thing here,
they are helpful, kind, respectful.

Gender equalization, comfortable work culture,

Salary as per the current market standard will make me better.
Learning something new, interacting with people, intention of doing better each day.

There is no increament this year. neither any promotions happening; stucking in same salary for last 2 years is a complete turn off & feels under valued.
I think you guys are not fairly paying us, what's the point of saying over and over again when after repeated surveys no action is taken neither anyone spoke with me on this.
