I think that our leadership team wants to build a bigger presence in my geography but can't quite get to the point of letting the geo take over decisions/spending that would help bring that across the finish line.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is below the average for my position. I have achieved multiple certifications since joining and studied to further my career, to little or no recognition. Also was made aware the my predecessor was compensated in approximately $25,000 more than me with way less experience/success.
