Good place to work if you want to settle in your hometown. Don't expect much growth, environment is okay okay, this place needs to be maintained properly in terms of basic facilities such as proper washrooms, lifts not working, no coffee vending machines on the floor, no car parking, workstations

Unity, eager to grow, knowledgeable, understanding, caring, all on the same page

More transparency should be there between leadership and the employees. Lack of communication is not helping

Goal communication is clear but improvisation needs to be more specific, transparency should be there on the project.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing much, compensation is fair in terms of the cost of living in the city but salary slip needs to be more specific and details in terms of particulars.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only thing I appreciate in this company is that they are very flexible and open to Hire Handicapped people with disabilities. This is something that I have not experienced anywhere before. Kudos to them.
