It's not so good in training it's amazing whole process calling were easy but trainer tell us something which depends on us wheather we want to do firstly in interview and training as well they told it's every day rotational shift so u guys have to tell shift will be rotational in night it's worst

Process is easy I do agree very simple and smooth but the environment management is worst

Only training but in training also fake promises that u don't need to do ot it's our decision but know it's mandatory I don't know how management works firstly u told lies then
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be polite every time some tls and leadership get rude as if only they are only available in whole process sometime they have to understand employees concern in this I thought worst management related to team and supervisor and fake promises
