I am not at all feel like to work because there is lots of pressure and no increment as per the work the salary is not sufficient and there is not proper shift timing due to that the we face medical issues

Give less pressure to the agents and make the salry increment

They can interact and there should be the games in every weekend

They can take suggestions from employees also to run the process as the agents are handling the flow
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work flow is increasing and the salary is low due to that we do not get motivated to work
