Prioritize the staff welfare and wellbeing. Appreciate when doing better. Reward and Recognition for staff monthly basis. Increment and bonuses. Team building

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increment should be discussed before approved. Was told do have Performance Link Bonus(PLI) but never in this 2years. Working for 4 yrs but never get any bonuses or fairly increment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Working environment not friendly. Provide lounge area for employee. Salary increment. Salary paid on timely manner and should be paid early than now. Provide allowance whoever work in the office.
