Having spent over 2 decades with the organization, I believe that the organization is great place to work for the young employees. the culture is positive however one should not remain with organization for more than 3 years. With increase in tenure your payout goes for a toss though you have value.

The Leadership is focused on the organizational goals, and they don't hesitate to take actions in the best interest of the organization.

Because the critical deliveries are done by us and awards are given to selective people. People are kept on same designation for over 12 Years, no hike in last 3 appraisal cycles.

The Team takes care of production of their own, people are self-motivated and tenured enough to be relied upon and given more responsibilities. The team takes care of the organizational interest even after all odds with their expectations as employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More tenured employees are undervalued who has continued over a decade or two with the organization. The leadership believes that best talent is floating in market. When it comes to delivery, its existing tenured resources who contribute and complete it in the best interest of organization.
